This note is meant to inform the interested party (user or visitor of the site) that the local applicable law (D.lgs. n.196/2003 cd. Codice in materia di protezione dei Dati Personali – hereinafter “Code”) and the EU regulation n. 2016/679 ( “GDPR”) enforce protection issues regarding the Processing of Personal Data.
In accordance with the Code, the GDPR and current applicable legislation, the Processing will be compliant with all principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, with respect to the fundamental rights and liberties, concerning the dignity of the interested party, specifically referring to privacy, personal identity and the right to protect Personal Data.

Possible personal data are processed by automatic equipment for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the scopes for which they have been collected. Specific security policies are observed to avoid data loss, unlawful or incorrect usage, and unauthorized access.

1) The provision of the data is mandatory for all that is required by legal or contractual obligations, therefore the denial to provide them, entirely or in part, may have as consequence the impossibility to provide the required services.
2) The mandatory data required for contracts and accounting will be maintained for the time necessary for the fulfillment of the commercial or accounting activities.
The data of the users who do not purchase or benefit from products/ services, even though having had previous contacts with company representatives, will be immediately deleted or processed anonymously, in case their conservation is not otherwise justified, and unless the informed consent has been legitimately acquired from the interested party, pertaining future commercial promotions or market research activities.
3) According to the aforementioned European regulation 679/2016 (GDPR), and local applicable law, the interested party may, according to the modalities and limits specified by current legislation, exercise the following rights:
require confirm of the presence or not of Personal data relating to him/ herself (Access right);
verify its source;
receive in reply a comprehensible communication;
receive information regarding the logic, modalities and goals of the processing;
request the updating, integration, deletion, transformation into anonymous form, and the blocking of data processed unlawfully, including those that prove unnecessary for further fulfillment of the scopes for which they have been collected;
In case of processing of data based on consent, to receive one owns data in a structured form, readable by computer applications and in a format commonly used by electronic devices;
the right to file a claim to the Control Authority.
