From our warehouse we manage our logistics, operative and storage services for office supplies.
The centre offers a rapid access to all main routes. Starting from here, our drivers transport our products carefully and efficiently. The centre is also the headquarter of our Site Management expert team, that is in charge of guaranteeing that the projects are completed at the state-of-the-art.
Our centre also hosts an ample storage system on rack, offering secure and reliable possibilities for long or short term storage of office furniture.

OPERATIVE RENTING

HOW DOES OPERATIVE RENTING WORK?

An operative rent is a service by which customers may benefit from any of our products without having to buy. It is a solution that, given a fixed periodic payment, offers the possibility to utilize an instrumental good for professional or commercial activities, with no need to purchase.
Workspaces constantly optimized.   

This service is meant for organizations requiring flexible solutions, that allow immediate renewal of their furnishing supply, as a key element for their productivity, without having to exploit burdensome concentrated investments, and instead spreading such expenses on up to a 5 year period.   

Operative location is accessible to any client, starting from a minimum provision of 500 euro; that is also for the purchase of small quantities.

Though the renting of office furniture and devices is still a relatively unfamiliar practice, this does not make it less widely beneficial. Office furnishing, considering their medium to long life span, imply extensive amortization times. The possibility of renting allows the tax deduction of the investment in a shorter period, as the renter is not obliged to invest his own capital.
For this reason, renting could prove in general more profitable than direct purchase.

Besides this specific advantage, though, operative location offers even more facilitations, similarly appealing:

  • It does not bind liquidity
  • It does not draw on credit limits
  • Constant fees, easily computable
